Fridays were always filled with 'Bad Buddy' aka one of the best bls I have seen in my life. However, that came to an end. Now, GMMTV releasing 'Enchanté' in the same time slot, genius. Now, I have seen how some people are bashing this series right from the first episode. And yes, I have my negative thoughts about the series as well but first...

Enchanté tells the story of Theo who comes back to Thailand from France after his grandmother died. Here, he reunites with his neighbor with whom he had a sorta best friend relationship, Akk. After this, Theo finds a book... four guys yeah.

I do not understand why some of you guys are giving this series a low rating or even hating on it when it is just episode one... Toxic behavior to me.

If you are one of those people who are interested, let me spark some more interest.

I would like to highlight what I liked about episode one since there are so many negative comments on Twitter or YouTube over this series. And no, I do not hate a series on the first or second episode. After a couple (if it's going south), I probably stop watching, but damn, after episode 1????

Let's start, I will keep it short and easy.

The first thing I want to say is, this is the actor's first bl, I cannot believe people are already mad at it when both leads have chemistry. I mean, if by the first time they were together you didn't really connect with the actors, okay click away, but why the hate? when Book and Force do have strong chemistry, even if it's episode 1!!. Force in my opinion is such a strong actor for what I have seen so far, he gives me Tay vibes, you know? I mean I know, "you are saying stop judging the series from the first episode" but honestly... I am kinda worried about the series, but not to the point where I would rate it a 3 already, for what? FOR WHAT? like how did you rate a series 3!!!!!!!! when there is literally nothing out there yet. I am just stating what the good parts of the first episode are, but I am not saying "Oh the acting omg 10, the writing 7, the direction omg 1, the chemistry was horrible..."

Second, when I said 'Bad Buddy' or ' Lovely Writer' are the standard, I did not mean, 'let's hate on every other bl from now on..." yikes! a lot of these negative comments are implying that every bl from now on should be a replica of 'Bad Buddy', sir- nobody asked for a remake, we ask for IM-PRO-VE- MENT. From now we want to see more natural, mature bl series, not the same bl every month, if that was the case go ahead and watch 'BB' again, smh.

Third, even if the cinematography, as you know is not in Paris, but DAMN! come on GMMTV YASSSS GIVES US DIFFERENT SETTINGS FINALLY.

Last, my only concern. As much as I loved 'Dark Blue Kiss', 'Bad Buddy', 'A Tale of Thousand Stars' and '2gether', I know GMMTV can mess up a script, badly. So my concern is the development of the other 4 boys, the first episode felt saturated in the sense of, it gave us a lot of backstory (that is if we did not have the four other guys), however, since we have other 4 different beings whose stories would be developed throughout the series, it was an alright start. Now, how are they going to fit everything and keep it balanced out? I don't know, maybe they end up not giving the side characters that much importance, which I hope they don't because in that case, the story won't be well-develop or written. You see I just stated my only concern, I don't have to rate it, like damn chile, it is just the first episode.

Anyways, for the gays, I would watch everything, so Enchanté is one that I would keep watching every Friday unless it 'fish-upon-the-sky-me' otherwise. please. please.

STOP THE HATE. IF YOU WANT TO WATCH BAD BUDDY, GO AHEAD AND WATCH IT AGAIN, BUT STOP HATING ON NEW SERIES WITH NEW ACTORS, WE ARE GETTING ANOTHER OHMNANON ANYWAYS!!.

I feel like I am defending New and Tay :,( leave them alone, this is literally their first bl, and they did a good job on the first episode, come on now.
