Are we ready for GMMTV 2023?

Early today GMMTV held an event where they announce their lineup for next year, and as you know, I like to watch them, react to them and then see what happens at the end of the year. As you guys know, a lot of the lineup from 2022 was pushed, scrapped, trashed or changed, so we'll see how 2023 treats GMMTV.

P.S. I know the trailer almost never reflects the show, these are shot way ahead of filming the real show.

1.Enigma (144K views at the moment of writing)

It took a turn, hello? Is this the horror show I was hoping? no, I was hoping a horror BL, but this looks like if written correctly, it could be hit. Win acting in a mature role, is giving... F4. Visually stunning even if its just a trailer.

Would I be watching? Not really.

2. A Boss and a Babe (141k at the moment of writing).

Its the way they have given bigger and more mature BLs to the newbies... me like it though. Of course they have time to make this work, and I hope they do, because I love my Book's Force... Anyway, there isn't anything outstanding here, aside from them too and the fact that it is out of any school setting. And that boo Fluke from Enchanté, chef kisses.

Will I be watching? Of course babe, is the gay for me.

3.Find yourself (61k at the moment of writing).

HOLD UP WHO IS THIS CUTIE! Let me find out cause, and that woman, mmm, she is giving as well, come on now. Nonkul sir I need to know uh uh. This is actually GMMTV other show with a character who falls in love with a younger person, legal that is yes, but Love was barely, like my girl turned 21 and they really said "Here have her with middle age man", I was not into that but Nonkul is 26 so, but also, she is giving, my girl Aff, huh get it girl. Earth playing a straight guy, i'd love to see it.

Will I be watching? no, will I be watching fancams of Nonkul on Twitter? Of course babe.

4. Double Savage (114k at the moment of writing).

Okay that fight scene, if they thought it was gonna grab my attention, it did not. I see they have Perth booked and busy, as they should. Ohm babe, who's your agent? I need answers. Well, he did a good job even for this little trailer so, congrats to you babe.

Will I be watching? nope. Am I judging too early? yes, but I am not interested in brothers fighting.

5.Hidden Agenda (161K at the moment of writing).

First of all, finally, this guy is getting lines and apparently a normal character, Louis. But, another one in a school setting... when their last one was on the same place and it flopped? like give them something new, it feels like the story continues. Aou and Boom being set up since Vice Versa, how I feel about them, I dont know OMG LMAO they might take the show. And yes, they are playing the same character, mysterious and the shy closeted gay. I see Dunk still needs classes, cause after that kiss he looked cringe.

Will I be watching? this is a 50/50, I know it could end up being good since this is not the official trailer but Jesus...

6. 23.5 (121k at the moment of writing)

The internet is going crazy over this being GMMTV's only GL for next year, even I knew without coming into this, it's been time so let's give us what we want. But is a school set up so... It actually looks nice, like come on now give the romantics, the smiles, the puppy love. I am glad the second couple did not take a lot of the trailer because exactly. You know.

Will I be watching? Yes.

7.Phro Thoe Khue Rak Raek (91k at the moment of writing)

Why is he so tall like what's going on her? or is she smol. Their hands won't even touch lmao. This is the same girl from Enigma, and she is gorgeous let me tell you that. Now, this show wont be promoted as heavily, I know that for a fact. The title on YouTube is not on English so who is gonna find it? I mean, you get my point, why not tho? it looks okay, nothing too special, but still.

Will I be watching? Not really.

8.Cooking Crush (152k at the moment of writing)

OffGun carrying GMMTV on their backs. Even with -what it looked like it would be a downgrade from Not Me- this. Do I expect them to be in the same type of BLs? Not really, but I hoped for better things. Neo like always playing the same man over and over again, give me a dollar for all of the times I have said this in my blog, and I will go to Thailand myself and slap the f out of a producer. When are these two getting married tho because??

Will I give it a chance? I am gonna need more time with it.

9. Wednesday Club (92k at the moment of writing)

Was that Fish Upon the Sky guy? a lot of people here, some unknown for me and some I just, yeah, I just don't vibe with this. Lets wait until the next trailer because... I am the middle child

Will I be watching? Nah.

10. Last Twilight (188k at the moment of writing)

Now, before I watch this trailer let me say this, I hope this turns out to be the one for them please God, let it be. Okay back to this. Also, this is so long, 4 minutes? Goooooddaaaaamit. Playing different characters, yes, finally, a different story, yes finally, and also, they really have to show their fucking chemistry here. AOF take the wheels yes. #InAofWeBelieve

Will I be watching? Yes, for them, and the story looks fine. I hope I don't regret it because last time. I hyped VV a little too much beforehand...

11. Loneliness Society (74k at the moment of writing)

This is probably the first show outside of BLs that I might watch... I do not why but... the leading lady is charismatic, I like her actually and gorgeous omg. Joss is here so you know he is gonna give us them abs and it looks like he got better at acting so, let's see.

Will I be watching? probably, I won't promise anything though.

12. Only Friends (217k at the moment of writing)

What is going on here???? HELLO!!! "This is my friend Top", boy you about to get topped lmao. Khaotung and Fluke going at it again come on get that D. Neo come on now finalllyyyyyy. The story looks messy and interesting, MS JENNIE COME ON NOW YES! That was a ride... Like I said, the newbies getting the mature bls is just crazy to me. Yo quedé loco

Will I be watching? Of course the f- you asking.

13. Faceless Love (99K at the moment of writing)

Chanon? Oh sir you are cute. Do I like the "fix you up" attitude, not really. That is the whole point of the title... But is kind the same storyline of fighting for a love and I don't know, at this point I am a little out of the reaction lol, they are lacking. Although this is only the premise but still.

Will I be watching? No.

14. Dangerous Romance (217k at the moment of writing)

Perth baby get that money. Chimon is back on a BL, oh yes. But this is in school again, and it honestly is getting boring. At this point you can have them develop a romance anywhere else. How old are they? How many bls have they been in? Oh a bathroom scene. Okay well, it kinda took a turn that I kinda like. Chimon is a good actor, so I know he will deliver. Oh kissing.

Will I be watching? This is a 70/30 for me.

15. The Jungle (114k at the moment of writing)

No subtitles so let's go with whatever I see. Oh Krist, I was like damn where is he? I do not know about y'all but I love him, he is so fine idc. Mr.Donovan is here too, okay sir get 'em. Nanon with this hair... is it giving? I-

I don't know what happening, there is a lot of slow motion and girls looking at cameras. Oh Mix mixing a drink, wow that was legendary.

Will I be watching? I have no clue what this was, no.

16.Midnight Museum (109k at the moment of writing)

Another horror (fantasy) show, and this mock trailer is giving actually omg. Budget! don't tell me you spent all your money on this show GMMTV because! Not a lot was revealed so..

Will I be watching? Maybe? Look at that poster oh my god.

17. Cherry Magic Thailand.

NO TRAILER BECUSE OF LICESING ISSUES.

NEW AND TAY SUPREMACY FINALLY! OMG BYE IS GIVING, BL OF THE YEAR, GIVE IT TO THEM, BITCH I DO NOT CARE. BEST BIRTHDAY GIFT.

18. Our Skyy 2 (201k at the moment of writing)

Here it is, Our Skyy without the trinity, is it time to dword because wow I never thought the time will come. Let's get to it. Do they know how legendary Our Skyy is? Like, for me EarthMix and OhmNanon are the only one deserving of these spots here, right now... everybody else still needs to provide some more, you know, legend status. or at least iconic... also, where is BrightWin? Wait, Where the f. is Bright? Not them not having their most successful BL couple from 2020. OffGun? I have so many questions.

Will I be watching? Of course.

19. Beauty Newbie (106k at the moment of writing)

Okay after 18 different mock trailers, here comes the last one. Look at that baby face of Win. same storyline, same characters, same old same. Baifern looks gorgeous tho, and Sapol like always so beautiful sir let me find out. The plot, I mean, it is something new from GMMTV, I guess, but is it interesting, maybe, it is a mock trailer, but still.

Will I be watching? Maybe.

Okay so, we are done. How do I feel about GMMTV 2023? It's not giving. It lacks. By the mock trailers that is. However, this stories feel old, some of them, and others are really interesting but I would say that, by the premise, 40% of it sounds decent enough. For the first time ever I am not as excited for any of the BLs, Only Friends kinda blew me away, no pun intended. Dangerous Romance could be great as well. Last Twilight, this one and OF (I swear it is not intentional) are the ones that I am most looking forward to. A Boss and a Babe looks decent as well. The others that are not BLs I would say are less interesting, only a few which you already read about. However, Cherry Magic? MMM show of the year. I just feel it, like I can sense it, my gaya-s is telling me that is the one. JKJK, but also...

Side comment: Why aren't we getting Bright and Win? or Ohm and Nanon -aside from Our Skyy-? The lack of Krist is what sends me, and a lot of other actors are like... missing? Bright, Mike, Krist, Tay, New, like hello? Aisde from the one show they appeared on, nothing else? Final days??? Of course OffGun don't need to be in OurSkyy but also not on Cooking Crush? OF and DR having the most views... Also, I do not know what happened to the quality of some of these like...
