Why a blog and not Tumblr?

As some of you might probably know me on MyDramaList or Tumblr, or maybe you have no idea who I am, but I am a bl reviewer. Most of the time, I post about my favorite BLs, but I also tackle some issues such as "why this bl is not good" or "why would I not recommend a certain bl." This type of content is the one I like to share because a lot of people out there are interested in Boy Love stories but don't know where to start. Some other people like to get in debates, and OOOOH BOOOOY do I like that too... and I want Tumblr to be a more fun blog and not as series as a review blog. Anyways, I decided to move my space somewhere else (here) because I want more engagement, and I noticed a lot of people do not use Tumblr. I shared a post on my Twitter, and it got more than 300 impressions but only 20 notes on Tumblr, maybe by moving it to a more open space, people would like to engage more. As well as, some people just want to read and nothing else, but at least, they can give me some impressions here, idk. I honestly do not know how this work LMAO
