The story of twins who, after the separation of their parents, pathways. After years, White feels some pain and discovers that his twin, Black, is in trouble. To say the least, Black is no angel, or is he? White replaces Black in the gang that he is in, while trying to deceive Black's friends and fight for justice.

I have so much to say about this series. I was planning on watching for a while but I kept postponing it because I haven't been OffGun fan since "Theory of Love". So, finally, Thursday the 17th I decided to start and boy! I am speechless. Let's talk about the direction and production and then the writing and acting because...
So, the direction of this series, amazing. I am so happy we got to see the actors sitting in one place and talking to each other in one single take... That was a delight. There are no awkward shots where you see the actors just standing there like they don't know what to do with their arms or stuff like that. There are a lot of long shots that I really appreciate.
Production-wise, chef kisses. I don't if it was the budget or the location, but this was great. The cinematography was amazing, there are a lot of sunset shots that looked just beautiful, the paintings and drawings were great, like wow I am impressed. Even those scenes that they were being chased after, looked impressive, you guys, this series had the blessings (yes, I know there was lack of promotion for what the series is) but GMMTV hasn't given any directors this type of production. They did what needed to be done. The wardrobe was appropriate for the type of series, and the scenery as well, the protest scenes, wow, I can't even describe it.

Writing. Have y'all seen this? like? hello?. This series is so well-written, I won't be able to wrap my head around it. It is unique and finally, a series that is trying to show struggles in a real more honest way. There is a lot of issues that are brought up in the series, in fact, l would consider this series a protest from all of the actors towards everything that Thailand has been going through. But, I won't get political. This series is very transparent and it was not afraid to go places. I really like how they are fighting for a cause, but at the same time, they support the other causes. You know? like let's fight the corrupt system, but also, let's fight for LGBTQ+ rights. We stan. Alright, let's get to the gay part (lol). The writing of the characters is amazing. And yes, Off and Gun characters were amazing, but Gawin and Fluke? they ate. There is a lot of struggles in these characters that I really liked. And the fact that is well fleshed out. It is not a cookiecutter series, dealing with the struggles was a highlight. Most bls would give you a big struggle and then just give you two seconds of problem-solving. This series did not do that and for that, I am loving it. A lot of scenes that could have gone wrong but didn't. Such as the opening scene of one of the episodes that had Sean and White having sex, and Yok drawing Dan, these scenes could have gone the wrong way, but it didn't and I am so happy about it.

Acting. Mr.Off went all in, he said HOLD MY 30 YEARS UP. Let me tell you guys why Off is the highlight of this series. The concept and writing. When you give a man in his 30s, a character that is not in high school, who is going through shit and trying to live day by day... you get this type of acting. Off shouldn't be acting in these shows that are about two guys falling in love in high school and then having the same type of drama that is just boring by now. Give this man a good script and he will EAT! GADEMET!. He really did what needed to be done and I hope he keeps getting mature roles. Aside from this, Gun will always deliver, the guy just knows what he is up to. I am surprised at Gawin because boy! but like I said, is the script, his character required him to go places, and he did just that. Fluke is very charismatic, this is actually the first series I've seen that he is in. Everybody else was good as well. Also, Mond ate his role.

Some weak points that I will mention. White and Sean did have sex really fast, yes, admit it. BUT! by the life they are living, I would say, did they? because there is no time to waste, honestly, but I did feel like it was a little, just a little fast. Singling out of main "villain". I think my main problem is this, and I know there is no way the writers would tackle every single issue in society, but Tawi guy was a little weak for the overall issue. And no, I am not saying this takes away a lot from the series, I am just saying, it could have been a lot better to face multiple villains if anything. I don't know what I am saying now (LOL). Anyway.
Overall: This review is too long to be real. But!, 9.5. Legendary. You can't change society, but at least, you can start somewhere.
As per usual, your reviews are always on point. Completely agreed with everything that you stated. This was my first time seeing OffGun. So, I was curious to see what all of the fuss was. I am FLOORED!!!! Worth every bit of the hype. Just remarkable. Off is a movie star. And, Gun (his boyfriend) played both Black and White to the most! His mannerisms and voice changed for each character. Just amazing and heartfelt at times. I am a huge Gawin fan. So, I was happy to see him finally show what he can do. And, he is just GORGEOUS too. This was my first time seeing Fluke and Mond too. Solid acting. I wanted a bit more time…
